Shipments are handed over to the recipient on the day the bus line arrives in Prague and the following day, usually on Friday and Saturday, at the Korona Travel office at U Sluncóvé 71/14, 18600 Prague 8 – inside the Olympik Tristar Hotel a few meters to the left from the reception.

Delivery takes place on Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 and on Saturday from 9:00 to 12:00. As soon as the shipments are delivered and ready for collection at our office, the recipient will receive an SMS message to the number provided by the sender. It is therefore essential that the sender in Greece provides the recipient’s correct and up-to-date mobile contact. Depending on the arrival of the bus in Prague, the delivery may be postponed to a later time. Such a change will be stated in an SMS.

If the recipient does not pick up the delivered package on Friday or Saturday, they will be charged a storage fee of CZK 300 per piece for each week started. Alternative pick-up then is during office hours or by telephone agreement.
